RTC's mission is to give the Quad City community a passionate, young, and celebratory theatre experience of professional quality in every performance. RTC’s commitment to theatre arts involves presentations of the finest contemporary theatrical works available, and encourages the community to both attend and participate in these productions. In every sense of the word, a “collective” brings together writers, actors, theatre creators and the like to perform and produce new works in a safe, creative and uninhibited environment. The process of sharing experiences strengthens the creators in producing a sound product. As a non-profit organization, RTC will always be mindful of its high standards for quality theatre, and shall maintain fiscally sound management in doing so.
